We Secure the Client: SolidBase IT conducts an IT assessment and signs the new client to a service agreement.

You Get Paid: Once the referred client makes their first monthly payment, you immediately receive your Upfront Service Credit. Following that, you will receive a quarterly payment based on the client’s first year of revenue.

Referral Tier Breakdown
Tier 1: Standard Managed Services
For clients signing a Standard Managed IT Agreement (starting at $1,650/month).
Upfront Bonus
$500 Service Credit (Issued upon client’s first payment)
10% of the referred client’s revenue for the first 12 months of active service (paid quarterly).
Standard Managed IT, starting at $165 per user.
Tier 2: Comprehensive Compliance & Cybersecurity
For clients signing a full-scope Standard Managed Services PLUS a Cybersecurity Compliance Package (starting at $3,000/month).
Upfront Bonus
$1,000 Service Credit (Issued upon client’s first payment)
10% of the referred client’s revenue for the first 12 months of active service (paid quarterly).

To ensure a smooth process and successful payout, a qualified referral typically meets the following:

Company Size: Businesses with 10–100 employees (or those requiring managed compliance).

Decision Maker: You have provided an introduction to a business owner, executive, or IT decision-maker.

Service Need: The organization is actively seeking Managed IT, Cybersecurity, or Compliance services.

New Relationship: The referral must be a new lead for SolidBase IT (not a current client or a lead already in our active sales pipeline).
Disclaimer: Referral payments and credits are processed only after the referred client’s agreement becomes active and the initial invoice for services rendered has been paid in full. The 10% revenue share applies exclusively to the first twelve (12) months of active service revenue collected by SolidBase IT. Service credits are applied to your next billing cycle following the referral’s first payment.
